About Inspire Primary Care

Inspire Primary Care is an independent private practice owned and managed by board certified physicians.  We are committed to the health and wellbeing of our neighbors.  Dr. Carla King and Dr. Hope Haffizulla began their medical careers together at a local federally qualified health center.  Although they pursued different paths, their commitment to providing quality healthcare to patients remained their top priority.  They dreamed of a practice that would feel comfortable and inviting to patients.  A practice that would see a patient as a whole person, not just their illness or disease.  Out of this desire Inspire Primary Care was created.  We look forward to partnering with you as you achieve your best health and wellbeing.
